Why? Because we are looking for something very different, something very special. We are looking for someone who is ready to work with the most valuable thing we have at Evolve, our colleagues.
Evolve has since its beginning embarked on a mission to create a lasting positive impact on the world through awesome software. We do this as consultants, through partnerships with startups and even with own ventures. We’re really picky about who we hire, superb technical skills are required but not enough. Since our top priority is our culture it’s equally important with the right mindset and personality. We’ve had a tremendous growth since our beginning (in feb 2017) and are now 50 colleagues.
We are looking for a Performance Coach. Someone to challenge and support each and every colleague at Evolve in achieving higher levels of performance while allowing them to bring out the best in themselves and those around them.
We want you to help the individual align beliefs and actions to create a desired outcome, and build relationships based on honesty and accountability. We want you to align your approach with what is happening within the organisation, such as career development, mentoring, coaching, recruiting, performance appraisals, organisational development and structure.)
* Help our colleagues (and Evolve) to explore alternative ideas, solutions, evaluate options and make decisions
* Challenge assumptions and perspectives to provoke new ideas, stretch goals, and stimulate action
* Provide reinforcement for immediate action
* Establish an action plan with results that are attainable, measurable and specific.
You should have at least seven years of relevant work experience and a have great track record. It is also meriting if you have a degree in psychology (or similar) or even a background within a high performance field (such as a professional athlete).
We know that this might be asking a lot, but the journey we are on is not on a simple path. To achieve our goals we need to push our selves and by not accepting status quo we get one step closer to our goals.
